We had mixed feelings about our stay. The hotel has an incredible setting with a fantastic pool area and a variety of family-friendly activities that really enhanced our holiday experience. However, the initial reception experience and a few issues with the tennis facilities left a sour note. The food was great, but we faced some unexpected fees that made our check-in a bit stressful and unwelcoming.
